- Vendor Evaluation & Selection Reviewing and comparing BMS vendors and integrators from a cybersecurity perspective.
- Cybersecurity Support Throughout the Project Lifecycle Guidance across design, implementation, commissioning, and delivery.
- Implementation Review Checking that the delivered solution follows the agreed cybersecurity requirements.
- Handover Review Reviewing documentation, access, remote connectivity, network architecture, and outstanding security issues.
- Post-Delivery Assessment Reviewing the operational BMS after delivery and identifying areas requiring attention.
Building Owners / Clients
Providing independent cybersecurity advice, tender support, vendor evaluation, project oversight, and delivery review.
BMS Contractors / System Integrators
Providing cybersecurity expertise during design and implementation and helping ensure that client security requirements are properly addressed.
